Electrolux — Compliant about after sales service

I Rajesh bhardwaj had lodged a complaint for the repair of my Electrolux AC. The mechanic had come on 26/8/14 to see the problem and informed that the compressor is not working and they told that the AC will get repaired within 48 hours but it has been 4 days but nobody has come to repair it and they have not even showed the courtesy to inform the status of compliant . I have called 6 times yet no action has been been taken . I am very disappointed with the service and attitude of the staff. Therefore I request the person concerned to take action.
