Electrolux — Dissatisfied with the after sales service | |||
I have a electrolux refrigerator. The upper compartment is not functioning. I lodged complaint with the customer care (EMUM[protected]) and they sent a junior technician who was not able to understand the problem. We were then directed to a senior whose contact number is [protected] and were given assurance by him that a senior engineer will take care of it. We are waiting since last 10 days but there is no communication from his side. Today when I called him, he said that they were unable to fix the problem as the refrigerator model is imported. I have wasted 10 days. I had to face the same problem 2 yeras back.
