[Resolved]  Electrolux — Electrolux India

I had purchased a Refrigerator of your brand, and it is in warranty. The unit is totally defective and all my efforts to get it repaired or replaced for last three months have gone in vain. Kindly let me know the policy of your company and where and to whom I should take up the case. If there were to be no solution I may have to take it to the Media and also lodge a complaint with the competent authorities. It is ideal caser where you should take back the Unit and refund the full amount. I need your cooperation and reply in 24 hours; as otherwise I would proceed criminally on your company.
