We have purchased the microwave from star cj online shopping. But now Heating problem in our microwave and we have registered the complain on 4th dec- complaint no. -EDEL[protected] and again we are registered the complain on 18th dec. but your service centre executive told us some part is pending. and now we want to speak to the senior person so your executive puts my call on hold and cut the phone again and again. so kindly get it rectified my complaint asap.
