We purchased 1.5 ton 5 star split AC from Shakti E Zone P Ltd on[protected] vide invoice no 22658. Invoice was raised in name of Pamil shah and address is 102, sopan sagar, opp sukhipura garden, new sharda mandir road, paldi, ahmedabad 380007. We were informed that compressor has 5 year warranty. AC is not working since last one month. We contacted at shakti electronics as well as company's customer care. They are just promising but not turning...

I have purchased refrigrator on 26.04.2015, with a warrenty period of 5 years on compressor Still i have warrenty period of 1 year but customer care representative said you have to purchace new compressor by paying extram amount and replied as electrolux company not operating.contacted respective dealer even though no use they said customer services are not operating in india.kindly resolve the issue....

I have logged complaint at electrolux. [protected]@pemail.in on 27th march and got reply on 8th april with complaint number ahm[protected] for my ac service but till date neither any call received from technical person not anyone have visited to resolve my complaint, this is the way electrolux treating customers after 15 days for complaint.

Hi i purchased kelvinator nutricool refrigerator 3 years back, refrigerator stop ped cooling on 5th of march 19 and i registered the complaint for the same . I lodged a complaint in the customer care toll free number on 29th november 2018. Mechanic visited my house and checked the machine and inform that one of the part of the machine is defective and needs replacement. He talked to his authorities in front of me and told that the defective part is not available in the guarantee service and it will take fifteen days for replacement. I purchased electrolux microwave thinking that it is a good brand... Anyway, it stopped heating.. I raised the complaint about 5 months back... But neither electrolux nor tek care people are not ready to do the repair.

They are giving random excuses & abuses... Which i have recording of.

The product is in warranty, so it is the duty of electrolux to do...

I am writing this mail to bring to your notice the lapse in your after sale service. On 10.10.18 I called the customer care and registered a complain regarding my Electrolux microwave not working. The technician visited on 10.10.18 and I paid him rs 350 the visiting charges. He told he will come post 26oct and fix the problem.

I waited for him for few more days and today I again registered...

Meri washing machine 3 mahine se khraab padi hai or warranty main hai, maine 11 august ko iski call likhai thi, 12 taarik ko engineer aaya, usne kaha koi spare part chahiye, 11 august ke baad na koi spare part aaya na hi engineer vapis aaya, tabse hmari machine band pdi hai, sabhi bade seniors ko be phone kar lia koi phone nhi uta tha.
