In august my microwave model no. EK23CBS4 was not not working hence i called service centre and then they gave me Mr. Mansih's number [protected]. He sent a service engineer and he took the pcb of my microwave telling that it needa to be replaced. Its been a month now i have called manish many tines but he just giving the reason that the part is not yet available. When i measaged him to return my pcb he stopped answering my call.

Please take some steps against this irresponsible action.

Attached herewith the bill for my microwave oven bought online through Star CJ . The product has been completely rusted with multiple holes in base (below the glass plate) h (caused due to rust). The product is just 2.4 yrs old and is just became useless. I have contacted electrolux also. please guide.
