Dear sir, I am anurag sharma complainting regarding the replacement of refrigrator (electrolux 150 ltr) I have bought it april 2013 from south ex part 1 (kotla) new delhi. I have so many problems with this refrigrator from the begning but at last electriation came to me (yash) and he told me that he mark the mail regarding the replacement of this will happen between between one month but from november. To till feb nobody call me regarding this but I call customer care so many times. Till now no action is taken care by ur department at last I m requesting to you that replace my refrigerator as soon as possible. I have so many problem witgout this.
