We have purchased the 01 no. Split ac of model & make electro lux in delhi, and installed by your engineer in april'2016 but from last fifteen days water is continuously leaking from indoor and for this we have requested to your service centre personal over customer care no. Even after the commitment to repair within the 48 hours, one of your engineer (Mr. Umesh - [protected]; [protected]) came and only click the photo of our ac and told that installation was wrong. After that we continuously talk with you service centre personal as well as your a. S. I. Mr. Deepak kumar on his mobile no. [protected] but till date nothing initiation has been taken by you people. Suddenly yesterday i. E., on[protected] we received a message that your call has been closed. Lastly, we are informing you by this mail as a reminder to you otherwise, we will be bounded to take appropriate action in the matter. Pl treated it’s as final approach to you.
