We have got a electrolux topload crystal logic 7kg washing machine, which has turned pathetic, its making loud noise while washing and drying the clothes, when called for a electrolux service centre, they have sent two technicians, first of all they could not able to recognise the model of the washing machine since the model no was not printed by electrolux, secondly they have not said the service charges which they charged me for 400 INR, just for checking 1 min, also they said the replacement cost will be 4800 INR, which is 40% of the unit price. Electrolux is really a bad appliance company, Beware never buy.
