Sir, My first complaint was cancelled on 30.04.2015 due to some reasons and again I got a new complaint number EGZB[protected] dated 07.05.2015 from your customer care centre along with the mobile number of the assigned engineer. I was assured by your engineer that the compressor will be fitted on 12.05.2015, after which he stopped receiving my calls.
