Electrolux — very Poor bad experience with Electrolux service Centre | |||
Dear sir, with regret, I'm Sanjay Ghosal having log a compliant (Call No EDEL [protected] on dated 13/05/2014 & subsequent Complain No EDEL[protected] on dated 24/05/2014) for ELECTROLUX REFRIGERATOR, 285litrs Double DOOR dated on from GLACIER, Rohini Delhi with in 2-3 days, after refilling Gas & Timer the Fridge stop working & there is no cooling inside. Repeating follow up with the Customer care, no one till date has comes to check & repair the fridge yet. The Technician are unskilled & giving wrong commitment. It become a trauma to attend service from above serivce centre. & because of this we are opted changing the fridge with other brand. GLACIER is putting down the brand name of Electrolux.
