Croma - Ac — NO SERVICE even after 7 days of purchasing AC | |||
Purchased TATA - CROMA AC -1.5 T, 5 Star with stabilizer on 26th May- Sunday. They commit that AC will get delivered and installed in 48 Hours- by Tuesday 28th May, but no one called for AC and I called CROMA central number (no store numbers available) on Wednesday 29th and they said will revert back with the information and get it installed by Wednesday 29th evening. Now today is 1st June -Saturday, I am calling them everyday to get the AC installed and no body ever called till date for anything. Now they are telling AC will only get installed earliest by Sunday only!!! (after 7days of purchase). Please register my complaint as I have wasted a lot of time and effort with these guys and now want to return AC and really frustrated. CROMA is a TATA enterprise and I am surprised with there this kind of irresponsible behavior. Talked to Floor Manager - Arvind, Dermeshver- Supervisor, Rahul and Harshvardhan in service and Installation - No one is taking any responsibility to get it installed.
