This is with reference to Request : RNA[protected] which has been raised on 29 December 2012. We regret to inform that we call up daily at your service center and the reponse we get is that we shall get call from service center within 48 Hours. Today again we called up and again one of the service executive gives a silly excuse of technical issues and says that the support shall be provided within 3 days. This is irritating and annoying that how a company like LG can give such a horrible support or can select such a horrible vendor in terms outsourcing the service.Finally its all hitting the image of the company that's it. And this might be remembered that if service is not good your product shall not survive this cutting edge market condition.
Is the company only thinking of selling the product and not providing the service then the time has come that all consumers should know that LG has the horrible support service atleast in mumbai. This is not the way consumers should be served or harrased I am really dissapointed with the way and the style the organisation is working.
I hence request this team to look into this issue and provide with prompt action at the earliest. This mail may be circulated to the highest management level of LG so that they can understand the outcry of their customers / consumers. Please be customer/consumer oriented it appears that all this needs to be taught to a company like LG very disappointing indeed. Was this information helpful? |
