Naaptol — not returning still | |||
Dear sir/mam i buy a wespro s714 tab from naaptol.com i used it only for 2 months and it is damaged like its power button, and some software problems i gave it to service centre for warranty for repairing. they return my tab after two months and now it is again some problem like no power on of the tab no charging issue but if directly plug in the charger it is worked but how i can used it outside so i give it to the service centre which i get from naaptol customer care it is S.V.E(sri vinayaka electronics) it is in D.B manohar Estate,Next to SBI, Chirag ali lane, Near Medwin Hospital, Abids, hyderabad. ph no [protected] I gave my tab for warranty there on 16/04/2013 and now it is 18/06/2013 and still i can't get my tab they are taken so many months to repair if i call them they told me that they send my tab to delhi for repair and they are still not return they told me that only call them and ask i am from hyderabad and they give me delhi's phone number [protected] or [protected] if i call them its taking roaming charges so my point is when i get my tab if they taking so many months. my work order no in SVE is 3834 and RVSRN1304SVE00060 please i want my tab back my email id is [protected]@gmail.com thank you Was this information helpful? | |||
