Dear people at ZeroB,

Where do I begin to describe my woes with your product. In November 2011, I bought a ZeroB. Since, the machine has seemed like a white elephant, not working more often than it works.

If that weren't bad enough, my experience with your customer service has been absolutely dismal. Not only do representatives show up only after REPEATED calls to your customer service, the one guy who has been coming regularly, Narayan something, has been rude and incompetent.

Let me give you an example: One day, this Mr Narayan came home and apparently 'fixed' the machine. There was no water in our building owing to some repairs, so he said that I could call him if it wasn't working after the water returned. It wasn't. I called him, over and over, saying the job was pending and incomplete, but owning to Ganpati and a host of other festivals, he came only a month and a half later! When he did, he said that the one-year service deal had expired; that the machine would not be serviced now. I bullied him in to checking it.... he 'fixed' it. And now it hasn't been working since January. Many complaints registered with your customer service desk have been unanswered.

What the hell!

I hope you will do something about this.

Dear everyone,

I just registered yet another complaint on the phone, and have been told that I will have a technician at home within three working days. Let's see.

Meanwhile, the hapless telephone operator gave me the hws.[protected]@ email ID... when I said I wanted to write an email complaint about service. So clearly you've received my mail, even before.

Please respond. Your customer service sucks anyway: not responding to my emails just makes it worse. I am considering complaining about it on various forums online.
