[Resolved] Elica Chimney — services not being rendered for a month

a complaint was made on 18.5.14 complaint no 34344 customer
care centre delhi ph no[protected] and told me that the spare of chimney not available in delhi branch being sent to pune office and on5.6.14 received a call that your part of chimney sent will be attended within two days but like this a month is about to crossed not body caring to attend this complaint chimney was purchase on 22.6.14 all formalties done as per their requirement no.of complaint made to there concerned office but no action taken till date.
