Elica Pb India — yellow or Red flame | |||
After Sales Service Hi, I took Elica HOB 3 burner on 21st April 2015 for Rs 16900/-. There was a problem with the burner and coming Yellow/RED flame and I called customer care and the Dealer (SG Enterprises Jayanagar 4th Block and gave complaint on 23rd April. There is no way i can get the complaint number, because Elica website is giving error while submitting the request. Since the last couple of weekends I have been waiting for the response or resolution. Also the website (myelica.in) where i can register the complaint is not working when i filled all the information for the complaint after submitting the complaint it gives error "Data is too long" This problem is related to the website they are having. I request your support on this.
