Sir/Mam I have been issued a gift card in March 2015 by elitify.com. Today when I need to purchase some product I tried to use that gift card costs around rupees 4794 doesn’t work. When I contacted elitify.com, i was told that the owner of the company has been changed. Lavida luxe have sold elitify to purplebee luxury in 2017, so now elitify cant issue the refund.
