HHi I booked a flat at chinar city and gave 5 lac as booking amnt but that project seems to be all fraud as it never went on. So i asked for cancellation and they told me that i ll get money in 3 months but now its been over year past there commitment but no reply.

Dear Parvesh - individually Emaar will keep bullying us. Amazing behaviour from a promoter who says that he wants his company to be one of the most admired in the world...I think we must do this collectively. We are all in the same boat. I believe that Emaar is violating Govt rules and Supreme Court and National Consumer Disputes Commission rulings, which say that a developer cannot force a buyer to take possession for properties that have been unreasonably delayed. Their senior Customer service Manager Rohit Rampal promised to address all ur concerns - +91 98194 65002. We contacted their Independent Director Shivani Bhasin Sachdeva - cell +91 98675 80509.
