EMI Bazaar — Non recieved of order no[protected]

I have ordered the six in one exerciser machine on 26th January 2015, & till date i haven't received the order, neither they are refunding the amount. I have written emails to them but still no positive response received. The EMI of the said product is regulary debited from the respective account.
