EMI Bazaar — Not refunded money to my credit

I ordered a Nokia Lumia 730 Mobile on 16 June 2015 at 5:13:17 PM with order no.[protected] at 6 Months EMI from Axis Bank .The order was neither confirmed nor shipped so I decided to cancel the product and I cancelled it on 18 June 2015 and I also made an email regarding cancellation and refund of the money . I was being told that I'll get refund after 15-20 days of cancellation but till today i.e. 7 July 2015 no refund has been made . every time I called to company they used to tell that my money will be refunded in some days as till now vendor hasn't cancelled the product while I have cancelled it much days before .
