Emibazaar.com — Unsatisfactory service from EMIBAZAAR.com: New Order #[protected]

Reminder 5... It is really frustrating that in spite of my frequent reminders, there is no action being taken regarding the cancellation of the products. The response from the customer service personnel is also not satisfactory. As per my recent discussion with the customer service personnel, I was told that the responsibility of dispatching the products lies with M/s FedEx. I was told to track the order, though not my responsibility. I was given the tracking no.[protected] When the product was tracked, it was found that the products have not been despatched from Jalandhar, Punjab yet. Find below the snapshot of the same and also find attached the file. This shows that EMIBAZAAR.COM is making fool of the on-line customers in India. This is unacceptable by great means. I have already complained in the Consumer Complaint Portal (Complaint no.: 144233.3.2015) and will also not hesitate to raise the issue at higher courts if need be. Neither the amount is refunded nor the product order is being cancelled. I again make my statement clear to cancel my order and refund my amount of Rs. 6978/- asap.
