Employee's Providents Fund Organisation [EPFO] — Pf transfer status is "transit between epfo out and in office".. please resolve this

Hi,

My previous company account number MHBAN[protected] and my present company account number DLCPM[protected]

My tracking ID: 999310051511140062158 for PF transfer and is showing status as "your request is in transit between EPFO out and in Office".

The status was same from past 3 months..
Please help me in this..
