Employees Provident Fund Organisation [EPFO] — PF Withdrawal

I was part of a company called ZENTA and on acquisition my PF got transferred to Accenture. I have received the settlement of 13, 000 pertaining to Accenture but not the transferred amount. I have checked with the Chennai PF office and they informed that my PF (TNMAS[protected] had been transferred to existing account MH/BAN/45665/157309 for the total amount transferred is Rs.1, 45, 490 through cheque no. 739690 dated 12/9/2013. But i have not received this amount as the final settlement. I have raised a 2 grievance already (see attached ) and based upon that i have submitted my PF forms to Mumbai PF office through Accenture. But it has been rejected for the fourth time (last got rejected on Nov 2015) stating the settlement has done which is not the actual case. It has been almost close to 3years that PF is pending.
