[Resolved]  Identity Card — To change detail and provide new ID card

I am provided a documents to get voter Id card....But the employees has changed my details and give ID Card with my photo and details is others....Please find the card no...IAX0909333.......and i saw that in ID card in case of change the address.Mention the card no.in the relevent form for including name in the Roll at the changed address and to obtain the card with same number.....49/788
