I totally agree with this. I am also an employee at Spanco (Delhi).
yes, even I totally agree with this...I am an employee at Spanco (Mumbai). This time its delayed unreasonably, till 20th we didnt receive the salary for last month.
now since 2 months no salary, its hieght of shame.
Every time mailing things is not going to work, need to take strong action on it, why is media, politicians and police not helping staff of SPANCO LTD, KAPIL PURI chairman of the company is not ready to meet the employees, not responding on phone nor replying any of the letters, many of the staff all over INDIA, has done court case's but still there is no solutions to it
PLEASE employees get-together and raise your voice HUM SAATH HAI - SPANCO please pay us our money, KAPIL PURI give our money,
SPANCO Limited — salary payment delayed every month
Every month the company delays payment of salary. On an average, we receive our salaries for last month on 14th or 15th of next month. As per law; an employee should get his salary on last working day of every month. We pass through great difficulties due to this late receipt.
