Sir, on 19 apl 2016 seriously injured, (First time) went esi eranakulam north hospital with my esi card. From counter they reject me by following reason.
1. For to get op ticket register temporary id card required.
2. Before coming any other esi hospital you have to register it nearest esi dispensary. (Actualy my place is kannur dist it is far away from eranakulam)

in that Bramagiri Branch only 5 workdays going on rest of 2 days ther taking off in there we didnt get any information about our inquires every time they talking like uneducated employ so plz go through that &do the need full thanking you
