[Resolved]  Randstad Consultancy — After Selection didn't get Offer Letter

I had been search of job so visited Randstad Consultancy and submitted Resume for job. After a week got call from them for openings in Wells Fargo Company for Mortgage process. Cleared all the rounds(Aptitude, Typing, Operations, HR) for Financial Analyst position so got the call from one of the HR from Randstad Consultancy named Shruti that I have been selected and will be getting offer letter soon. So waited expecting a call for a month then contacted Consultancy for offer letter by the time the HR Shruti in Randstad had left Consultancy and other HR consulted me and said to wait and again i waited and after a month i was said that there was no record in their Randstad database and they were contact Wells Fargo regarding it. At last i didnt get offer letter after getting selected and i landed in job with less opportunity than the above due to this Issue. I contacted Wells Fargo but they asked me to contact consultancy.

Is their any thing for that we can do for this as lot of job seekers face this problems and employers have no regret?
