This is real news with real experience. Root Info Solutions Pvt. Ltd. E-109, Greater Kailash New Delhi-110048 India whose chief technical officer (CTO) Nikhil Juneja is a black listed person and indulge in mental and physical harassment of employees. Every employee of this company is completely upset by the unofficial and abusive nature of Mr. Nikhil juneja and his father also indulge to same. they don't pay salary on company standard and cut the salary without any reason. Even there is just like a labour work, employee has to work usually in late nights ad sunday as well without any extra pay, no IT standard applicable here. Even they use pirated software for development. They deduct pf on very poor salary i.e. 5000 INR/month. and they don't deposit the pf to valid account. also for first three month they don't pay any salary. also there is no development office in UK as mentioned in their website. i would like to charge case of mental and physical harassment on this company. I was work in root info sol 1.5 years. this company never increase salary. when i asked why are you not increment my salary, Nikhil says your performance not good. Than i say okay no problem, give me my Experience and leave certificate, Than they fire me and not give me any document, whenever i call to Nikhil he cut my call.

I would humbly request you to get your facts and basics right. How can you vouch for an employee that never existed. Even the website ConsumerComplaints checked the background and responded, please check the ConsumerComplaints team’s response. So called "Manyta Dutta" employee writing false remarks didn't have the ethics to show up and stand for herself/himself.
Moreover you were asked to let go on moral grounds. Not to mention you were a non performer.
Please do get in touch, in case you have any issues. Also would request ConsumerComplaint team to remove the listing as it has already been proved fraudulent by ConsumerComplaint team.

I am not trying to safe guard the company, coz company is RIGHT by all means and not fraud. Company has been into existence for over 12 years.
Your allegations are baseless, as many of your friends from the same college are working here. If the company is wrong by any means prove it in the COURT OF LAW, these derogatory and defaming statements won't help.

My friends are working there just because of a bull bond condition of two year(At the time of joining as you take a cheque of Rs. 75K).
That's mean if they leave the company, The company will recover the money by them through the Cheque.

Root Info Solutions, Never had a employee by the name of " Manyta Dutta ". This complaint is completely fraudulent and baseless. We are happy to peruse this if any point in above complaint can be proved. If proven we are happy to be meet in court of law.
We would request consumer complaint to provide details of the complainant so that we can take up the case deformation him/her in the court of law
