Ems Technologies Private Limited — Not getting payment after work completion

I paid 3000 rupees in this company as registration fees. This company offered me 30000 rupees after completion of each project. But when I completed there is no response from there part. Even I submitted first project.The number provided in their site [protected] is also switched off. I tried to contact them through by mail But no response from their part. Their address is :
