[Resolved]  Emudhra — Poor service(Noone calling for document collection)

Dear Sir/Madam, I have applied for Lost PANCard Request 2 weeks back almost and did not get any call from your representative for document collection as of now. Your policy says that if customer representative should collect the documents within 2-3 days and if the documents do not reach your office within 40-45 days then no refund will be processed. So better you refund my extra payment as soon as possible so that I will send you my documents by courier .Kindly guide me about the refund process as soon as possible. There is no point of playing smartly with words and saying that sorry and yes, our representative will call you shortly.I am pissed off hearing these smart words from your customerservice.I do not want to hear it for next time anymore.
