Dear Sir, I reported to the sample collection technician at 10.50 A.M for blood sample of CBC+ Diff on 4th Feb.so that the doctor can be shown report on 5th Feb The technician Mr Aftaz was sitting with any patient at his desk and we reported to him instead of attending us he said that for oncology and radiolody patients are supposed to report to 10th floor.on 10th floor the person has gone to ward for collection.we have wasted 40 minutes in the process.we also reported the matter to the sample collection head.Even there he told blunt lies to his Supervisior giving excuse .this type of employees will bring bad name to the organisation and need immediate punishment we have observed that he aviod work.his output can be compared with other fellow companion.
