Enrich Salon — Don't deliver what they promise/terrible service

Enrich only wants to "enrich" themselves. Due to a one on one free offer, i decided to do a cysteine treatment here, at their vile parle branch. The treatment, at around 10, 000rs per person does not come cheap. So obviously, when you're paying this kind of money, you expect the results to be as promised. The promise made was that "it will reduce frizz, make your hair more manageable and release curls from the hair". Let me walk you through the procedure. They apply the product and flat iron your hair, after which you leave it in for 24hrs. You then go back to the salon after 24hrs, and they iron it and then wash and blowdry it for you. While it was all well and good for the first couple days, once i washed my hair at home (With the shampoo, conditioner and serum recommended by the salon), it returned to its extremely frizzy, dry state. When i went to show them this, they fed me some bull about how the product hadn't been washed out of the hair... Mind you, they themselves washed my hair after 24hrs of the treatment. But no, apparently that's not the main wash. And because i didn't wash my hair right, the product stayed in and collected dust, giving my hair a dry and frizzy appearance. Sound like a load of bull to you too? Anyway, so then they washed my hair with generous amounts of shampoo conditioner, added serum and blast blowdried it, making it look all shiny again. Two days later, i washed it at home and what should happen, but the frizz and dryness return! So off i go again to enrich (Because you know, we customers absolutely do not have any other commitments). This time, i take my dad with me. Poor dad is waiting out in the car for 15mins for the valet to turn up, i asked them four times to send the valet, after which they tell me the valet has gone home! Fantastic! I love how this salon is true to their reputation of making promises they can't keep! This time, they tell me, "oh honey no. Your hair is not frizzy, its just wavy! Look, its still soft and nice, and that's all we promised! So go on home now, we just scammed you off around 15, 000 rupees, but what can you do about that?" and then, they have the audacity to tell me to come back if it actually becomes frizzy. For the fourth damn time in 10 days. Not to name names, but i'm gonna name names. We got the treatment done with rehman (Top stylist) and meenakshi (Creative stylist). So these aren't even stylists who are beginners - these are the stylists that are meant to be on top of their game, charging the most, and giving the best service. Yet, in return, all we get is crap treatment, money disappearing from the bank, and no difference in your hair whatsoever. As i said, enrich is only enriching themselves.
