Enrich Salon — Membership amount Rs.500 is not refunded if expired after 4 months

This is with regards to my membership amount of rs.500 which I am unable to redeem. Phoenix staff named Priya or Preti said that its over 4 months that it expired and the amount I paid for my membership cannot be redeemed... This is ridiculous and not accepted... You guys never bothered to send any email or message reminder on expiry and now my amount you are not ready to return. She says that once expired the amount varnishes . This is cheating your customer and just nothing... its a 420 case on cheating your customer. You cannot just take or vanish an amount of rs.500 paid by the customer. It is nothing you gave me but I paid for the membership. However never thought you such a big brand will be harassing customers rather paying back their amount. I will never recommend anyone back to Enrich .
