Enrich Salon — Unethical Behavior Of The Manager.

Since Enrich has the Vodafone Tuesday offer so on June 2nd, i visited the Malad Hypercity Enrich salon, when i got done with the services, i couldn't send a message to Vodafone for the turesday Code. So i asked the Manager for an alternative, she refused that she doesnt have any alternative, where in my cousin faced the smiliar issue with vodafone and the GROWELS branch helped her out by registering a complain and giving her an alternate code. When i happened to tell this to the manager at Malad Hypercity branch she was extremely rude. There is a Vodafone store in Hypercity, so i told her that since the store is just10 steps away, ill go by and get the issue resolved. Meanwhile when i was at the vodafone store, she called up on alternative number i.e. my moms number and started saying that your daughter has left without paying and give the address of your house, i shall send someone to collect the money. If you check the enrich database, i have been visiting Enrich salon since last 5 years, that to the Malad Hypercity Branch. The Stylists there know me since then, but this new manager does not have any ethical behavior to talk to customers. When i told her that what she did was not right, she argued saying that do whatever you want and go and file a complaint.
