Hi my uan number is[protected] and pf account number mh/ban/45665/124310. I have submitted filled form which was received by this office on 13th april.
I escalated it on pmo website but didnot get satisfied reply.
I didn't receive any update from epfo office since 2 months even on sending email again and again.
After escalating it to pmo website got call that they are not able to track my application than they closed my case saying form was incorrect and was sent back to me.
It they have sent it back than why they they have not informed me when form has all my contact details? And even form didnot return to me. This is cleared that they are lying.
