EPFO — EPFO - PF has not been transferred in last 4 months

Hello Sir, I (Anuj Gautam) have raised online request to transfer the funds from my previous PF A/c MHBAN[protected] to my current PF account DLCPM[protected]E0095182. Tracking Id is 999310051412300008558. Claim form was approved by my present employer on 5th Jan 2015. But since then I see that the current status "Your request is In Transit between EPFO Out and In Office." It’s been more than 4 months now but the transfer has not been done yet and I am seeing the above status from past 4 months. Kindly provide me the estimate date when this transfer will be processed.
