EPFO — EPFO - PF has not been transferred in last 6 month

Hello Sir, I (Mukesh Thakur) have raised online request to transfer the funds from my previous PF A/c PYBOM[protected] to my current PF account PUPUN[protected]. Tracking Id is 999248051411140001280. Claim form was approved by my previous employer on 17th Nov 2014. But since then I see that the current status "Your request is In Transit between EPFO Out and In Office." Its been more than 5 months now but the transfer has not been done yet and I am seeing the above status from past 5 months. Kindly provide me the estimate date when this transfer will be processed.
