EPFO — EPFO withdrawal settlement

Dear sir i prasanta kumar mohanty ( 46324/197 )resigned from the cargo inspector & superitendance co.p.ltd on 1/6/2013 . I have submitted my pf form last six month . But still my pf is pending i have checked the status of my pf and the officers in pf office are seying your form is rejected due to proper classification are required to be finished of the settlement of claim on form 19 & 10 c it was the second time they rejected so plz. reply me and our company as soon as possible what the actual problem .
