I 'am M. Ramanaiah (Maddirala Ramanaiah), resident of Kadapa town, by way of introduction. I wish to bring in to your kind notice that, I was employed in Rayalaseema Mining Industries from 01/04/1993 to 01/07/2010; with account no: AP / CDP / 5014 / 7 Further, I had changed my employment to Hare Rama Hare Krishna Constructions on 01/11/2010. My Provident Fund account was transferred to account no: AP / CDP / 60306 / 41 of Hare Rama Hare Krishna Constructions subsequently. My service has been terminated and I could not find regular employment with any other company. Therefore, I had visited the local Provident Fund office to claim my money yesterday. I was shocked, when your the concerned officer informed me that my claim was already settled vide cheque no: 635528 dated: 12/12/2013 for Rs: 1, 44, 183/- cleared at State Bank of India, Macharla, Branch, Prakasam District, AP to one person named M. Venkateswarulu son of Rama Kotaiah. Respected Sir / Madam, I beg to submit to you that, my income is very low and this money was my only life time savings. When I checked your web site on line it is very surprising to learn that, the status of claim is approved and is under process, when I have not even applied for claim settlement and in reality the said claim has already been settled. The details gathered from your web site are as follows. "STATUS for Member ID: GRCDP[protected] STATUS for Member ID: GRCDP[protected] Claim ID : GRCDP[protected] Status : Claim Form 19 for PF Settlement AGAINST Member Account No (GRCDP[protected] has been approved. Payment is under process. Claim ID : GRCDP[protected] Status : Claim Form 10C for Withdrawal Benefit AGAINST Member Account No (GRCDP[protected] has been rejected. Rejection letter is under dispatch/ dispatched to address in your claim." Respected Sir / Madam, I implore your kind selves to help me. I 'am being made to suffer for no fault of mine. Please pardon me if I have offended you in any way since I have taken the liberty of writing directly to you out of sheer anxiety and desperation.
