Dear Sir, I, Alakhdeo Prasad, Pensioner having P.P.O.No.BR/PAT/00031983, Name of Bank- Bank of India, Branch-Sohsarai, IFSC Code:BKID0004862 in District Nalanda(BIHAR) A/c No`[protected]. I have submitted Life Certificate in the month of Nov.2014 in the said bank. My EPF Pension for the month of Jan.2014 has not been credited to my said Bank account.
