I have been trying to following up with my employer for last one year to link my current pf account to my UAN number but they are not able to do so because somehow they have entered by DOB & Father name incorrectly. How it has passed EPFO document verification is questionable. The employer is not accountable enough to complete our requests on time. We cannot push the employer enough due to job security. After a year I was able to get them to submit my DOB correction request. Now the employer has washed away his hands saying that we cannot commit when is your DOB going to be updated. My correct DOB is 19 APR 1987 & father's name is Mr. Anil Shrivastava which they have somehow managed to change to 01 JAN 1980. Due to all the above I wanted my passbook via the grievance route. It would help me figure out a couple of things
1. Whether my DOB has been updated correctly or not.
2. My current passbook.
Also I have requested for online transfer of claim to my new account from PYPNY[protected]. Whenever I try accessing my passbook for the new account it says its not yet available on portal. Please send me my account statement of the new account as well.
