EPFO — Pf has not been transferred after 50 days

Hello Sir, I (Rajesh Kumar Rathorl) have raised online request to transfer the funds from my previous PF A/c PYKRP[protected] to my current PF account MHBAN[protected]. Tracking Id is 999249051503010010093. Claim form was approved by my previous employer on 5th March 2015 and by current employer on 7th March 2015. But since then I see that the current status "Your request is In Transit between EPFO Out and In Office." Its been more than 50 days days now but the transfer has not been done yet and I am seeing the above status from past 50 days. Kindly provide me the estimate date when this transfer will be processed. Thanks, Rajesh Rathor
