EPFO — PF Name correction not done by PF office

My name is Durga Naik and my PF no is KN/42357/50137 My PF name change form (Joint declaration form by the member and the employer) was submitted in early august 2015 month to PF Office at Raja Ram Mohan Roy Road, Banglore. I was informed by my employer that I would receive the acknowlegement of the form and also the status however the name correction has not been done. I haven't heard of anything about the same till date. I have got the contacts from website and mailed to ro.[protected]@epfindia.gov.in. And called to below mentioned telephone numbers but no respose at all. R.P.F.C (I) Shri S. Raghuram 22277700/22273991 R.P.F.C (II) Shri K. Narayana 22249133/22291945 R.P.F.C (II) Shri Samarendra Kumar 22244161/22244161 Without the name correction my previous EPO office cannot transfer my claim. Can you look into this matter urgently.
