EPFO — Pf not getting transfered. Rejected by previous employer

I have applied for my pf transfer online my
Previous employer ac. No is gnggn[protected]
Current employer ac. No is bgbng[protected] when i see the status in the epfo site i am seeing as rejected by previous employer.
When i checked with my previous employer he is saying check with the current employer when i check with current employer he is asking to check with previous employer. Kindly let me know the procedure to reapply or proceed further in this.
