EPFO — Previous employment status not able to confirm

Sir our establishment id is CBSLM0090347.my query is one of our previous employee rejoining now.we try to confirm her previous employment status but previous details against the entered previous member id are incomplete, so the entered previous member id cannot be linked to the current member id this command was shown on the screen.What can we do for resolve the issue.pls guide us to resolve the problem.
