Dear Sir,

I have the honor to request the following few lines for your consideration and kind help.
I was employed in Salient Business Solutions for the period of Nov-2012 to June-2013.

After clearing my full and final payment from my organisation I applied for PF and for the same i have filled up PF form properly and submit that in relent branch but my form got rejected without any reason, with me my 2 more friends do the same thing but only mine form got rejected ...
