EPRS Buysmart — Company service (Dth amd mobile recharge) not working for the past 1 month - rs. 50 thousand blocked

I am a distributor of this company. Since the past 1 month non of their services are working.
They has blocked my Money Around Rs Fifty Thousand Only(50, 000) and they are not will to return the money.
I am scared this company may loot me .
They are saying that their services will start soon . But till nothing has been done by them.
