We have lodged complaint on 19th October 2016 thro telephone.
your executive has visited the printer and found technical fault with the printer head cable and promised to replace with new part within five working days.
Till today they have not attended the job in spite of several calls. More so today your service executive (Mr. Naveen- [protected] )spoke very rashly and which is very unfair as we have very high regards to your company.
We hope you will initiate appropriate steps to resolve our problem immediately and will be highly appreciable your prompt action.

Now engginer tell it is out of warrenty and you have to pay charge for this..But
