Epson India — Irritated from the Epson L800, Purchased from SNAP DEAL | |||
Dear All, I purchased an printer from snapdeal.com, Invoice dated 9th Jan 2015. Printer was delivered on 19th Jan, It's not in working condition. Complaint registered on Epson customer care on 22nd, Concern person visite, given lecture, doesnt know anything and gone. Epson person also told to get it replaced from snapdeal. Once i contacted snapdeal, snapdeal is telling to get a job sheet from Epson people. Again when i registered the complaint, Those people are registering the complaint but nobody is coming to visit and to provide the JOB SHEET to get it replaced from EPSON. Please help what to do. Really irritate of talking to Epson as well as SNAPDEAL. Strongly request you for not to purchase anything from both of these companies. All the information is already provided on the above mentioned complaint. Have a look into this. I need my product back immediately. It's already been more than a week for this. Nobody is bothered to respond. What the hell you people think about yourself. I can not tolerate anybody playing with my hard earned money. If you people cant deliver the right product the close down the services.
